@jrich23 @SlimSparty I was gonna say, a lot of these kids dreams are to play in the NBA not whatever college there at. It’s no slight at the college and a lot of these kids are extremely thankful for it. But Jase had a dream of playing in the nba clearly and he should. 1ST ROUND PICK ALSO!!!

Because you don’t understand that playing in the NBA is the ultimate dream for every basketball player. An opportunity to be a first-round pick isn’t something you pass up. And on top of that, development in the league is a process most rookies take their first couple of years to grow and find their footing.

What sucks is MSU would be playing today if just 1 of the 2 of Tre or Jase came back. What makes it worse is both shoulda came back. Both made a mistake imo. Im sry but I can’t imagine Jase is havin fun sittin the bench. Also u can’t get better that way. I’ll never…..

@TheRebuildingYr No doubt. I think they are literally both handicapping themselves massively. MSU and Purdue in my opinion have done the best in high school for years now it’s just use all the other options also.

Sparty and Purdue are in similar boats. Consistent top 15 programs, but may need to embrace the portal a bit more to take that next jump. Will be interesting if we roll with West/Harris/Benter or get a dude

If MI getting to a Natty (and likely winning) in year two of May’s tenure after acquiring three NBA frontcourt players last offseason isn’t enough motivation to empty the bank account on a top tier portal C this summer then I’m not sure anything ever will be.

@FitzManMSU It’s not but there is a certain fraction of the MSU fanbase that has to stop acting like May isn’t a better coach in this era then izzo at the moment. Like it’s getting delusional. The dude inherited an 8-24 team and in two years they will win the natty. 🤷♂️

@BetMGM Man I love izzo but he just feels like he is losing with roster building. Every year this is like a top 40 roster. Not top 10 or even 20. He just needs to put more of an emphasis on filling needs in portal. Need a big this year.

@msucontent @drivewithjack He isn’t wrong. I’ll say it also. I like Tre Holloman. I’m always gonna appreciate him as a Spartan. He was 5-1 vs Michigan went to an elite eight and a sweet sixteen in his time at MSU and was a guy who cared a lot well he was here. He got his bag it sucks it wasn’t here. 🤷♂️

@the1not_the02 @CollegeHoopsTIk I don’t think your wrong at all. I will say Zona has a crazy bench also 😭. Awaka had a 20 20 game I believe and is also insane. Dellorso has had 30 in a game this year. And Aristode is a 5 star off the bench. Gonna be a wild game. I’ve watched both a lot and there different.

@candor_for_sale I mean….. I get why you would be upset. But it is UNC. Like this isn’t even a shot at Michigan what so ever but is the like in my opinion kind of like the school I would show someone for college hoops. I agree in this era it isn’t that different Michigan and UNC. But still 🤷♂️.

It annoys me that UNC even thinks Dusty May is in the mix for them. Not because of anything Dusty has said or hasn’t said. Just that they think their program is a major step up at this point anymore. Go find your own Dusty May.
