They say 30 is the new 20. Well, I turned 30 years old today. Pictured left was me exactly 1 year ago (29), on the right is me today. Me at 29 was extremely lost. Less than 1 month away from my wife giving birth to our first child. I looked in the mirror and decided that I was not going to be the guy who embraces the dad bod. I knew my life was about to change drastically, and I needed to lock the fuck in. I started simple, build the foundation. Fixed my diet, sleep, training. Cut out the bullshit, stopped drinking, got consistent. Then the amplifiers, supplements, peptides, hormones. Everything based on bloodwork. I had always been interested in the gym, bodybuilding, biohacking, etc. But I had always fallen off during the execution of the plan. Vicious cycles of getting jacked and then getting fat. This go around was different, I had to get it right. No more time to fuck around. This has been the most challenging and rewarding year of my life. But I genuinely believe this challenge was a blessing from God. Nothing about this last year has been easy. Becoming a dad, a husband, getting my training in, eating write, building @reptidesco, all while working a full-time job to make sure the bills got paid and my family is fed. But the community on this platform genuinely motivates me to keep pushing every day even harder. Finding that 1% every day to get better. Thank you for everyone who has, and continues to support me on this journey. I have learned to much from ya’ll. I have gotten the chance to connect with the coolest people on the forefront of peptides, biohacking, health, and longevity. This journey is far from over. Let’s get after it. 💪
