Agents won’t buy “the best model.” They’ll buy a performance tier at a price. In an agentic economy, inference becomes a commodity input: interchangeable supply, measurable specs, continuous switching. Markets set the clearing price.

Yes, models trained on the same data will converge. When users can’t tell the difference, the model is interchangeable. If the outputs are standardized and fungible then suppliers compete on price.

.@The_GridAI ran a game, they swapped the AI mid-chat and asked users to guess when it changed. They couldn’t tell. Only ~55% got it right across 91k+ guesses. People don’t care which model it is, they care if it works.

📢ICYMI: AMA Recap (with @MobyMedia) 🔹Our day one mission has been to make on-chain AI useful to more people. We’ve expanded from trading agents to image-gen agents so creators/teams can use agents daily (PFPs, covers, infographics). 🔹How it works: each image agent is tokenized (ERC-20).
