Update on lawsuit: @TheLegalMindset was correct - death by 10,000 cuts strategy was the approach. The leaked draft was a tactic to force panic and scramble, which worked exactly as planned. If you check the timestamps from when I posted the draft - nearly immediately afterward he began scrambling, deleting videos, and apology tweeting, then deleted his X. This is a basic grade school legal strategy. Now for the update: Aslimee Law is who I’m retaining, with contract overview by Cleary and Gottileb. I’ll be in touch with them later this week and the victims who have reached out already have identities protected I don’t “leak stuff” this is serious. Now to address the @kinocasinoclips / @PoweroftheTruth stuff- because this needs to be understood because I don’t play content games. I never said I spoke to them once, never said I’m “representing” them, it was a draft and they were on it as possible victims but it’s OPT IN. Never said I was an attorney, either. Never wanted “clout” don’t need it I have a real life of accomplishments I don’t care about the internet thinking I’m cool - I wanted to do something ACTIONABLE for VICTIMS who were NOT getting justice. Calling me a p***sy chasing clout was weak as f***. It’s all good though. The reason I started this is because I made content AT THE INCEPTION is Justin.tv / twitch.tv and made plenty of money I got involved with @Crytek and exposing the FORMER leadership and dropped proof of that, FROM GOOGLE. I only even knew about this because of people I know on YouTube texting me and watching the legends @SmashJT and @StutteringCraig . You have to remember - real lives are at stake here. Jeremy needs to be held to account and pay for his mistakes and compensate those he hurt, while simultaneously committing to a program for rehabilitation. I don’t care to be on videos or anything like that it’s nothing new I was literally in @MsLaurynHill ‘s studio a month ago with legends, you think I want attention? No. That’s why I haven’t made a single video. My hand now seems to be forced, but only for informative purposes and not monetized - yes I’m monetized on four platforms I just use different monickers. In summary boys and gals - the lawsuit is real and filed, Jeremy needs to pay, kino casino was inaccurate about the filing on the stream and should correct it, and I don’t play internet games with things like this. Have a great day.

If you're part of a cancel mob who has moved from destroying the target to destroying a friend of a friend of the target, you might be gay and retarded. Touch grass.

The foster kitten posting will continue.

Fandom Pulse decided to run a story I uncovered without giving me credit. They used to cover my work, until I cut ties with the people running the site. Since then, they’ve tried to discredit me by claiming I don’t care about the truth. Now they’re back to using my work, cutting me out of it entirely, like that history doesn’t exist. I’m not upset that they took the story. I’m upset that they continue to profit off my research while pushing a false narrative about me. That’s dishonest, and people should be aware.

@Ohh_Yuu @whooith How does it feel knowing you willingly helped give him a platform and got him to where he is today?

Fun fact: In @Nerdrotics crash out over Chrissie Mayr he says that its "your job" to research what you talk about. He then brings me up, and says that I "flagged down channels". Nope. Didn't happen. Complete fiction. I reported a few videos, but none were ever taken down. No harm was ever done. I never DMCA'd anyone. But I did let a few people get under my skin. But c'mon G'Anita, if you're not gonna be informed, then don't you think you shouldn't talk about something? I mean, that was the whole point of you calling out Chrissie (while you were fighting back tears).
