@SpeedQueenHome purchased one of your washers 4 months ago. 2 days ago, it came close to starting a fire in my home. Your customer service has been horrendous. 2 phone calls with 15+ minutes hold times and I still do t have a service call scheduled. Unacceptable.

@banjorun If using the Normal/ECO cycle, it will reduce the hot water used to conservice energy. This is part of what makes it an ECO cycle 😄 However, you should get full hot water on every other cycle! Let us know in our DMs if you're not.

@washghost1 Just bought one, here's a problem with the @SpeedQueenHome . The HOT cycle on the washer is not hot, it is warm. It blends cold water so the hot doesn't get too HOT!

My next washer and dryer will definitely be a speed queen

The appliance guy told me five years is pretty good on a washer. Five years. I bought it in 2019 and the bearing is molded into the drum so you can't just replace the bearing. You replace the whole drum for $900 or you buy a new washer for $985. The refrigerator from 1989 sitting in my garage has never been serviced and runs like a top. That's your product quality report, folks.

Had to replace a 19 year old washing machine today. Pain. Wild how home appliances have gotten more expensive and fancier looking while apparently being made with flimsier and cheaper components. Dude practically guaranteed me it wouldn’t last as long as the old one.

@SpeedQueenHome just a heads up for anyone considering speed queen laundry products… DON’T do it!!!! Their customer service is the THE WORST!! They do not care for end use customers… 2 dryers later, same issues wrecking our clothes. Go @MaytagCare or @GE_Appliances Stay away!!
