@levelsio @justinsmokess @BecomingCritter Sugar helping or hurting can depend on the type of adhd you have and your brain health/energy use. It is not as simple as consume no sugar and perform better. Some people its the exact opposite for scientific reasons.

@levelsio @justinsmokess @BecomingCritter The advice is great but if you have ADHD which I do. And you have done this for years. It basically helps maybe 15% of the symptoms but you will still have ADHD and it still won't be a made up thing no matter how much we wish that were true.

ADHD is a made up thing Coffee is good, but drink it black Don't eat anything not whole No processed shit Anything that comes from a factory: don't eat it Buy meat from butcher, add vegetables like brussels sprouts (in oven or airfryer w salt and pepper), steamed spinach, etc Eat eggs, eggs are great Avoid simple carbs like bread, rice, even potatoes

This also happens due to having emotional intelligence and understanding psychology. You understand it so you don't want to be reactive to it. There is a fine line between being a good friend vs putting your present well being and future progress at stake in order to accept the unacceptable. Be very careful with this especially if ur a guy and dealing with female friends, romantic interests or exes.

I dont think you understand what evil or perversion it. Something does not stop being perverted or evil just because someone asks for it. When you actually test women's preferences experimentally, IQ doesn't measurably increase attractiveness at all — physical attractiveness totally dominates across the speed-dates literature. Stated preferences ≠ revealed preferences.
