New Provinces based on administrative lines and needs in Pakistan 🇵🇰 are need of the hour. They are key to driving economic empowerment via tailored decision making according to each province's needs and resources. This is key to developing local industries, creating jobs and attracting investment. A local bureaucracy and closer decision making will boost efficiency, accessibility, coordination and accountability. Infrastructure like roads, schools, and hospitals can be better focused on this way. If you look at the example of China, their provinces compete to attract investment, innovate policies and improve human development. And even under those provinces they have autonomous municipalities and districts. Here's a Comparison of Pakistan (240 Million People) with countries equally their size and their number of administrative units. Brazil (216 Million - 26 States) Nigeria (230M, 36 states) Indonesia (279M, 38 provinces) (I made a map based on administrative lines and tried to be creative with the names).
