@KarlLandheer @INCForg @neuroquestion Yes! Just head to github.com/spinalcordtool… and pick the version you wish to install. (NB: For versions of SCT older than v6.0, you will need to download and extract the "Source code (zip)" asset, then run the install script ("./install_sct") from within the extracted folder.)
