🎉 Excited to share our latest study published in Imaging Neuroscience! 👉 We introduce a deep learning-based method for the automatic segmentation of spinal nerve rootlets from MRI images. ♻️ The method is open-source and available as part of the Spinal Cord Toolbox (SCT)! 1/2

Predátorské časopisy jsou jen ubohou špičkou obrovského ledovce. Věda se u nás už dávno dostala do rukou propracovaného systému, jehož členové jsou schopni ročně vytáhnout z veřejných rozpočtů desítky miliard korun. Dlouhodobě se tomuto tématu věnuje například matematik a biostatistik RNDr. Tomáš Fürst, Ph.D. Cituji z jeho nedávného blogu: “Česká věda se totiž ocitla v téměř úplném zajetí akademické mafie, jejímž hlavním cílem je obsadit penězovody, kterými tečou ze státního rozpočtu a evropských strukturálních fondů mnohamiliardové dotace a granty. @patloeber Cool! Great video and repo! Thank you! I'm trying to make it multilingual (F9 English, F10 Czech). I've tried several models (mistral, llama2), but the performance for Czech is significantly lower than for English.
