I think Im done applying to deal at conventions. Its a losing game at this point, and my hat in the ring is only making crowd larger. A crowd many MANY cons have now shown they DO NOT care to draw from.

@NefyFox @Omega_Gabe I can tell you are a good dude caught up in a bad situation. If you can separate yourself from Foxen and find a different avenue for donations, I'm certain you'd be supported. Foxen is the issue here. Ask them: Why did they do cruel things that hurt your rescues in the end?

@Omega_Gabe No sir, I was the dealer who got kicked out but my table was not just coffee beans it was the fox rescues. Half 100% charity, half coffee 10% charity. Please continue to read as I'm character limited here. I purchase wholesale.

@NefyFox @Omega_Gabe Many other vendors have stories akin to yours: Charitable donations, health emergencies, etc which are just as important It doesn't override the two issues here: AI and Reselling, but importantly: Foxen HATES furries. Be upset with Foxen for putting you in this situation

@_traces @fubarrdog Are you sure about that? A wig can be anywhere from $250-2000 and that's just thw wig. It is dependent on the wig maker's popularity / skill. When I was a ft bespoke cosplay maker I would charged similarly to the cost of a fursuit. Much of the price was materials.

@fubarrdog interesting how the cosplay community is 50x bigger than furry and somehow they avoided price explosion. my suit maker recently turned down a friend on a $13k fullsuit offer. the plots been lost

at this rate, i don’t know how western makers can continue to work and thrive and lead the fursuit industry i bought my first digi fullsuit from an established maker for $1500. now it’s 8k for a partial? what the hell happened?
