We’ve got to get serious on gun violence. It’s going to be hard, and it’s going to take some brave Republicans to join us. But I have to believe a courageous few want these weapons of war off of our streets and out of our schools.

No, Free speech. Cancelling people sucks, no matter the side you’re on, or how vile statements can be. Yes, free speech can have consequences. Firing them is short sided in teaching them the true meaning of speech and dialogue to come to common grounds. Do I wish the best for those folks? No, but taking away their livelihood and potentially roof over their head isn’t the way to educate them on speech and greater speech. Firing is a form of censorship. It’s also akin to me not taking the Fauci Ouchi and then having my job taken from me.

The number of people including soldiers and government employees who have lost their jobs because they made comments on social media about Charlie Kirk is ridiculous. Kirk was a purposefully divisive figure and having opinions about his death is being treated like a crime. Charlie wasn't just a guy who "asked college students questions" he was a troll and he knew he was a troll and he made a lot of money being a troll.
