I recently had a concerning experience with Nepal Telecom that I feel compelled to share. When my monthly data package expired, I was shocked to know that over NPR 1000 had been deducted from my main balance in just few hours of usage. What's particularly alarming is that I received no notification about these charges. The only alert I got was a standard message saying I had consumed 80% of my data package. There was no warning about potential extra charges or usage. This isn't just about the money - it's about transparency. I've since learned that other Nepal Telecom users have faced similar issues. It seems to be a systemic problem that needs addressing. Customers deserve clear communication about their usage and potential charges. Deducting such a substantial amount without proper notification is unacceptable. So I'm reaching out to @Hello_MoCIT @hello_sarkar @ndcl_nt to investigate this matter. If you've experienced a similar issue, please share your story.
