For over 18 months I have said the following: - next crypto cycle will be different in a less fun way - ETFs wouldn't redirect the market higher on their own - Recession is the most likely outcome for this business cycle - Recession would be most probable to blossom in 2024 - Rate cuts are not a bullish catalyst p much ever - The next Fed easing won't be as powerful because of rate insensitivity across the economy - Housing is in an affordability death spiral because of prices, not mortgage rates - Interest rates will set a higher low in the next downturn and ZIRP is over barring a Depression It is interesting to see these views become more accepted as this saga has matured and deepened, particularly about this crypto cycle being unimpressive vs 2021 and the possibility of rate cuts having a muted effect. I remain steadfast.
