Near the end of Project Hail Mary, I think the computer said it would take four years to get home but I thought he was over eleven light-years away. Did I miss something? Is that some relativity thing?

@bbqbaseball62 @IMAO_ I absolutely hated the movie from the moment the pretty boy woke up and treated us to a vaudeville routine complete with vodka IV drip in the idiotic holodeck. The world is ending, there is limited fuel but let's send up a 360 movie theater?

Yea they just kinda gloss over it though. The book goes into detail on all the science of everything. The movie is amazing and I think they did about as good a job as possible but it’s the cliff notes of the story. If you really want all the nuts and bolts you have to read the book
