@currys I placed an order for a sim only contract 3 weeks ago though carphone warehouse and as part of my order I was to receive a £50 currys gift card, however this has not arrived either to my home or via email despite several emails, can someone assist with this please?

@virginmedia we have recently received your new 360 remote for set up, we did it Saturday and since then it's been awful, every time we turn the TV off to go out or go to bed we have to completely restart the box, it's awful can you plwase sort it out!!!

@Franco845596008 @virginmedia Same here, was allegedly being fixed by midnight, then 1.09pm now it's 5.09pm but we've had no txt updates that we requested, if we don't look on the status checker we would not know, shocking communication from virgin.

@virginmedia are you aware of any problems in the TF3 area? A massive thunderstorm bang and the TiVo and broadband are off! Online checker saying an engineer visit needed but will cost £25, really?

@virginmedia I did check that and it's an outage problem caused by the storm we had, but was still being told a fee was being applied. Its still not back on despite allegedly being fixed at midnight, then 1.09pm now it's not being fixed till 5.09pm. Yes the hub is flashing green!

@TicketmasterUK @oasis I managed after 5 hours of queues to go in, only to find tickets that were previously advertised as £150 then priced up at £489 + fees ....... seriously ripping fans off so i didnt buy, I could go on holiday for the cost of 2 tickets!!! Ticketmaster you should be ashamed !!!!

@Eurocamp_UK we are currently in le castellas, arrived yesterday and had nothing but problem's. Last night the shower flooded our caravan, staff barely spoke English and now our van is riddled with ants even in the fridge. Disgusting accommodation from you!! No reps on site!

@Eurocamp_UK also we now can't shower until it's fixed, no idea when that will be, it's a joke here, seriously not happy at all. If the staff here don't speak good English and you are not going to have reps on site how are we meant to escalate our problems!

@PoD_travelnews I've heard people have been sat there 3 hours...... so 90 minutes isn't exactly accurate is it! We are due to travel in the morning, you need to sort out your traffic management before it gets worse, which it will!!

@DFDSUKUpdates Nope it wasn't, we had check in, 3 passport checks, 2 boot checks and in lane waiting in less than 15 minutes! No queues at all.

@DFDSUKUpdates Is that the case now, we are arriving on 10 minutes for our 8am ferry at dunkirk as you only said 60 minutes in the booking info!
