Just sitting at LAX @AmericanAir where they delayed my flight to CLT for 12 hrs and then another 3+ delay today for a rescheduled flight. (Switching gates and not “entertaining” questions) have to give up on my Mom’s Day trip sorry Ma. Going to have to get on with cust service.

Little update: the flight @AmericanAir I was to return on is 6 hours late as well. I would have been sitting around for a total of 24 hours in the airport with them jacking the time around every hour or so. Wondering what the real issue is here. Isn’t there supposed transparency?
