Our grandmother here bought gifts for her 3 year old granddaughter. This is her daughter in law making a video of her destroying the gifts because she wanted cash only ! Makes me think the daughter in law wanted the cash for herself . If you were this grandmother how would you handle the situation? I think that should start a bank account for the child and give it to her when she gets older . I also think she should show this video to the granddaughter at some point in the future .

Parents... I need some real advice here. My 13-year-old's room looks like this EVERY DAY. SINGLE. DAY. Dirty clothes everywhere, trash piled up, and somehow even the clean laundry gets thrown away like it means nothing. I'm at the point where I refuse to keep cleaning up after him... but I also can't stand watching my house turn into a complete disaster. So what do we do in this situation? Do I hold the line... This heartbroken uncle raised his niece from childhood . He found out she told everyone that he “was a piece of trash and he did nothing for her”. Here he is throwing all of her things on the front lawn ! Clearly this has affected him tremendously and judging by the amount of things it looks like he did his very best for her . Some people might say it’s too harsh or he’s overreacting but in this case, I don’t think so..

@SusieM414141 ‘Legal tender’ only means a certain amount of coins of any one denomination can be accepted as a payment. Even then, the business does not have any legal responsibility to trade with you and you are not entitled to their goods just because you have money.

This Papa John’s location is not accepting this man’s cash tender of exact change for his order. A good portion of it is in coins. Are they legally required to accept the monies?
