@Spoonchomper It is an ubiquitous name for smartphones and believe it or not knowing a characters preferences in things can actually inform you about a character or make you ask questions about a character. Just because you dont care about it doesnt make it useless information.

Call me grouchy but I've become allergic to brand name drops in books. "She tapped furiously on her Samsung" ok bitch how does that help to set the scene?? Legit doesn't matter what smartphone brand is used
