@SportsDirectUK struggling to find out how to return an item that was mis-described on the website without having to pay. The returns hub says to contact customer service but they say even though they acknowledge the item isn’t as described, I am responsible for the return cost?!

A @SportsDirectUK Christmas saga. ❌ Said 3-7 days when ordering. ❌ Order confirmation gave an estimated delivery of 21 December. ❌ Still no delivery. ❌ Now, having taken my money, unable to give an estimate for delivery. Don't say you can deliver in 3-7 days if you can't!

@SportsDirectUK My partner and child, shopped at Bentley Bridge, and one of the till staff, an Asian woman, said to her I'm not your slave about putting purchases in a bag. This is offensive as she is black and refused to give her the receipt, she had to get it herself. She felt unwelcome there.
