@SportsDirectUK struggling to find out how to return an item that was mis-described on the website without having to pay. The returns hub says to contact customer service but they say even though they acknowledge the item isn’t as described, I am responsible for the return cost?!

@SportsDirectUK really are the scum of the earth. Ordered something weeks ago and still no sign of the item. Contacted them via email and get the same old response and most of the replies are legally/factually incorrect.

@SportsDirectUK gave my nephew a pair of New Balance trainers for Christmas… brand new in the box. £45 for a kids size 7. The N has fallen off the side as soon as he put them on!!!! Absolutely livid!!!

A @SportsDirectUK Christmas saga. ❌ Said 3-7 days when ordering. ❌ Order confirmation gave an estimated delivery of 21 December. ❌ Still no delivery. ❌ Now, having taken my money, unable to give an estimate for delivery. Don't say you can deliver in 3-7 days if you can't!

Shockingly bad customer service @SportsDirectUK today refused to exchange in store an item that’s too small because it was bought online. Absolutely ridiculous it’s one and the same company!

@SportsDirectUK went to your Wolverhampton store to find your lift broken to get upstairs? I’m heavily pregnant with twins and had a pushchair with my toddler There was no alternative to get upstairs other than the stairs, not good when literally all the kidswear is a level up

@SportsDirectUK My partner and child, shopped at Bentley Bridge, and one of the till staff, an Asian woman, said to her I'm not your slave about putting purchases in a bag. This is offensive as she is black and refused to give her the receipt, she had to get it herself. She felt unwelcome there.
