@SportsDirectUK ordered some shoes from you on the 21st December, and paid for Next Day Delivery, I have a screenshot of you guys saying 23rd December at the latest. Why have I still not received my order and why am i paying £10 for next day delivery. Can’t even get in contact.



Shockingly bad customer service @SportsDirectUK today refused to exchange in store an item that’s too small because it was bought online. Absolutely ridiculous it’s one and the same company!



@SportsDirectUK went to your Wolverhampton store to find your lift broken to get upstairs? I’m heavily pregnant with twins and had a pushchair with my toddler There was no alternative to get upstairs other than the stairs, not good when literally all the kidswear is a level up






@SportsDirectUK I paid Sports Direct for next day delivery, you should assume the responsibility of the failure to deliver.

@SportsDirectUK you're very kindly cancelled part of my order (despite it being available at the time) I do not want the value on a gift card thank you, I would like the cash sent back to the card I used to pay for it initially. When can you do this?
