It’s coaches like this that have pushed me to Coach the way I do for 33 years. The world would say he is one of the best college basketball coaches there is. Because he wins. But, he uses fear and anger to motivate his players. That’s no way to live. That’s not my kind of coach. Transactional vs Transformational. Fear vs Love. Immature vs Mature.
