@SportsmansConn @RattyRatFinky I understand the wait but have been waiting for order 181320 since it was placed on December 9, 2023. That is far past the 7-21 day lead time you’re referring to and my last two emails asking for more information have gone unanswered

@ChipSmith85 @RattyRatFinky 7-21 days is our standard turnaround time. That timeline can be affected by a few things. If the design has not been designed yet it can take up to 45 days. If you ordered around Christmas when we get a huge influx of orders it can take 60-75 days. Below is from our FAQ page.
