Accountability separates the championship teams from everyone else. They care enough about the team and their season to account for their DAILY actions not just when they feel like it.

Players with bad attitudes often gravitate toward others with bad attitudes because they love to remind each other why it's everyone else's fault. Don’t be a cancer. Be a great teammate.

Just because you are on a team doesn't mean you are a team. A real team connects, commits, competes and cares for each other.

If your coach has to constantly come to you to ask you to work hard, don’t be surprised when you get replaced by someone who constantly comes to your coach asking for more work.
