Russian OSCE Ambassador Polyansky recently hinted that Russia may *intentionally* strike - not some pointless building in a minor NATO country - but major missile strikes in France, Germany, and UK. We need to assess what has them willing to profoundly trigger an Article 5 situation BEFORE one happens. Now is the time to think soberly and engage in serious diplomacy to assess whether we can deescalate tensions before they blow up, and nobody will b safe.
