Found some old clips from the COVID spring practices. One of the best drills we ever did for heavy stunting teams.
“Knife” and “Looper” was our communication. Always preached staying on the same level so we didn’t create space on our own for the defenders.

I spent my time in a couple OL sessions at the SF Glazier clinic.
I heard one coach say stay square bc square is strong..
While another coach said square is wrong..
And my 3 key takeaways are this…
1️⃣ Know what you believe in
2️⃣ Teach what you believe in with conviction
3️⃣ Back up what you believe by teaching every detail of the technique
