@Blue_Footy The merry-go-round have to stop. We have to back managers with quality players if we want to build a great team.
English

This is exactly what I wanted to tweet but I just didn’t know how to put it😭. I swear it was on my mind this morning
🇨🇻@44wurld
Kompany made the same jump as Maresca, from a relegation fight to a top club but he was properly backed with the best striker itw, best LW & RW in the prem, while Eghbali told Resca to get to work with Garnacho & Gittens

@Blue_Footy @lequipe Anselmino has a lot of potential, but he barely stays fit. That’s worrying. Did the recruitment team actually check his injury history?
English

‼️ Aaron Anselmino has injured his hamstrings again and will not be in Strasbourg squad to face Mainz on Thursday evening.

@Blue_Footy Enzo is talented but at this point, it will make tactical and business sense to sell him. This Chelsea team needs a new midfield profile.
English

Why is it that whenever I say anything some people don't like about a player, they take that I have an agenda?
I have been an Enzo guy for long. I brought him to your time line before the World Cup, backed him when we was written off under Pochettino, pushed narratives that he could be more useful as a 10 and was laughed at.
But now, saying he was wrong as a vice captain to flirt with another club, saying he's incompatible with Palmer in central midfield due to OOP imbalance doesn't mean I hate him.
I have also seen people call me out for saying that there is no better progressive passer at Chelsea than Barco. I didn't mention Enzo but they made it about him too. Alright, I think I have been here enough for people to know that I make emotionless analysis. I say what I feel is right.
Look at Barco vs Enzo Progressive Passes (PrgP) this season, according to one-versus-one.
Enzo: 370
Barco: 544
Progressive carries
Enzo: 84
Barco: 103
That's only about ball progression. Of course, I have been asked who I would take between the two, and I said Enzo Fernandez. No doubt about that. Overall, he's still a better player. Barco will learn a lot from Enzo. I'm not delusional enough to think that Barco will bench Enzo at Chelsea and Argentina.
I say my truth within the context of the post I'm making. If you want delusional and emotional posts, don't follow me. But if you want it undiluted, then I'm your guy. And like I said numerous times, I don't hate any Chelsea player but I will give fair analysis, good or bad.

@TherealMayour I actually follow 1,399 people and I don’t even have 1k followers yet, so about 400 people are not following me back, I don’t even understand what the pride is all about

🚨 HOT TAKES:
Hand me Xavi OR Iniesta OR Lampard… I’m taking Frank Lampard every single time. No debate.
Here’s why 👇
Why do people only talk about Xavi & Iniesta as a “pair” instead of the individual maestros they are? Because in those legendary Barça teams they were basically one unstoppable organism. One heartbeat. One rhythm.
But Lampard? People love boxing him in as “just a goalscorer” and quietly sliding him down the all-time midfield rankings. Nah.
What I saw from Super Frank in big games AND small games was a level of consistency I genuinely can’t put more than 4-5 players ahead of in football history. Even when he left for Man City at 36 — still scoring, still creating, still bossing it.
Prime example: 2008/09.
Xavi was in his absolute prime, creating 124 chances in La Liga— 30 more than anyone else in the entire competition.
Lampard? 134 chances in the Premier League. More than Xavi. More than everyone in the top 5 European leagues. While also banging in 22 goals.
He wasn’t just a finisher. He was a chance-creation machine AND a goal hunter.
Yeah, Xavi and Iniesta had that silky, easy-on-the-eye finesse. The aesthetics were gorgeous.
But tell me one single game-changing action — long ball, short pass, shot from range, carrying past players, tackle, set-piece — that either of them could do that Lampard couldn’t match or exceed.
There isn’t one.
So the real question is… why do so many still rate both of them above him?
Aesthetics over substance? Narrative over numbers? Or just anti-Chelsea bias?
Football Twitter, convince me I’m wrong. I’m waiting. 🔥

If you give me Xavi, Iniesta or Lampard… I’m picking Frank Lampard every single time. Who was a better player? 📌 XAVI 📌 LAMPARD 📌 INIESTA

I have a good feeling Liverpool will win by 3 goals to 1

𝑨𝑳𝑳 𝑺𝑴𝑰𝑳𝑬𝑺 as Liverpool players stroll through Paris ahead of their clash against PSG 😅
English

@234Ola9 Our team mirrors their manager. Enrique is a mentality monster and will push his team to go for the kill. No complacency.
English

@SprightlyCFC I feel like the game will be balanced because psg won't expect much from Liverpool, considering their recent form.
English

@Blue_Footy Our recruitment team should prioritize quality. We have Premier League ready Garnacho, Tosin and Neto who haven't improved the team overall.
English

From all indications, it looks like Chelsea are not looking for old, experienced players in the summer, but rather experienced, Premier League-ready players by appearances.
I don't think Ake and Rudiger fit that criteria. That's for the likes of van Hecke, Senesi, Ndiaye, and Rogers.
There is the possibility that most of our summer signings will come from the Premier League.
English

@234Ola9 Yes, that's what my original tweet was all about. This team doesn't need squad fillers anymore if we want to compete.
English

@SprightlyCFC May have not played on this level. Let's see what our owners do during the transfer window.
English

I think saying we need experienced players is a vague claim. This Chelsea team isn't lacking experience, we just don't have quality and winning mentality.
+234Ola@234Ola9
@SprightlyCFC I feel like experience win games more, we have only few experienced and consistent players
English

@234Ola9 But these present team isn't lacking experience. Mention the players in our team that haven't played top flight football for many years
English

@SprightlyCFC The Pl is a different ball game. We will win important matches with experience.
