Listening to The Boss’ second album today. With only 7 tracks the songwriting is already starting to get epic. But instead of the Spectoresque, CinemaScope of ‘Born To Run’ there’s a rawness to these recordings. And some real funkiness too 👌. An overlooked classic.

@KidApollo1 @harrietjw Buy a cassette 4 track. Record stripped back (live?) versions of your tracks to tape. Upload to Bandcamp and give code only to mailing list. And give away copies of cassettes too.

@harrietjw No because I don’t believe I have anything of value to be giving away 😂 I really don’t know what I could give that would motivate people to sign up without breaking the bank.

hi all! i'm sad to say i have to close my books for mixing right now. i've recently had a lot of people send some really cool projects my way, but for personal burnout reasons i have to take a break from audio work that i am not already in the process of mixing <3

We have received a number of calls reporting the smell or sight of smoke in south-eastern parts of London this evening. The smoke is believed to be originating from the scene of a fire at a waste transfer station in #HerneHill, which began in the early hours of this morning. 1/3
