@seacrestmarkets (formerly MyFundedFX) is officially a history 🛑 They were one of the "good ones"—fair rules, and a solid reputation, zero drama and owned by @MattLeech , that own also @MyFundedFutures . Yet, even with that reputation and background, they are closing down 🚫 The fact that they couldn't survive, should terrify anyone trading with a small, unproven firm. While refunds are being issued (which is better than a rug pull), wiping out hundreds of hard-earned funded accounts is a tragedy. There had to be a fairer solution for those traders. But the question is, how can smaller firms with zero financial backing survive if Seacrest couldn't? 🧐 If a firm like Seacrest goes under, the smaller firms offering the exact same model are likely already underwater. How do they survive? Simple: They don't operate fairly. They survive by rejecting payouts and banning winners. Without those tactics, they would be insolvent overnight 🤡 Buying a CFD account outside the Top 5 right now is madness. It is gambling. You are throwing money in the trash 🗑️ The @E8Markets reality: "No Denied Payouts" isn't a slogan. It’s a fact. In the last year, we denied one payout. (And that was due to a user charging back $15,000). In this market, stability is the only metric that matters. Stick with the firms that actually pay. P.S. Telling traders "we are bankrupt" while simultaneously saying "but put your money in our broker (it is safe, we promise), we will give you a bonus" is a slap in the face to everyone who just lost their funded account.

If you’re a serious trader, FTMO is trash. There are several forex prop firms much better than FTMO. Last year I bought a $200k account for $1k and made ~$20k profit over 4 payouts then they restricted me. Not only on the funded account, but on all future challenges too. Basically, they said “we don’t want you” :D Also, a friend bought a challenge under these risk restrictions, hit all profit targets without breaking any rules, and they still refused to give him a funded account just refunded the fee.

You can’t make this up One year ago : “To be honest I don’t know why it is called the futures market” Mind you— she has 10+ years experience in trading. Futures are contracts to buy or sell underlying assets at a FUTURE date, which is why there is an expiration. Some are cash settled and some are PHYSICALLY deliverable. That’s important information to know if you are trading futures.
