@Ltrs_Frm_Across @unusual_whales I understand your point for not allowing Chinese cars to be sold in the US. But this point does not hold for banning cars titled in Canada or Mexico. If the vehicles are safe, there are no good reasons to do this.

@unusual_whales This is the correct policy choice. Canada and Mexico cannot be used as a conduit for China to infiltrate its products into the US. Chinese industry is a state-controlled subsidy vehicle. The US needs to protect its industries; we did this for most of our history and it worked.

Used like he does, this simply alienates allies, increases inflation through indirect taxes which leads to slower market and eventually job loss.

@LeadingReport Your post is simply click bait and misleading. She was asked to apologize to the victims whose names were not redacted which makes perfect sense. The DOJ redacted patron's name but not all of the victims info.
