Quarterly update: +$54k There has been plenty of opps in the commodity space so far this yr with Gold and Oil providing some much needed volatility. My best trade was in OOO when Oil spiked 30% in early March. I hit the open with good size and it ripped up around 7% where I took profits and then it proceeded to rip another 8% without me! Banked $12.5k on the trade which was a record intra trade for me but still left more than half the opportunity on the table that day. Gold also offered plenty of trades both long and short with some decent wins in NEM, NST, SBM and GDX. BAP short was a nice trade on the earnings downgrade and ASM long on the takeover news. Took a couple decent hits too in a BTR short which I was oversized in and not quick enough to pull the order before it matched. OBM and DXB were also decent losers. Still focusing on pushing more size each day but at the same time I am trying to be super selective in the trades I size up on. I managed to avoid most of the earnings plays in Feb which is historically my worst month of the year and it paid off this time around. Although its hard not to watch those earnings plays, if I can find safer/higher probability setups elsewhere then that's where I played. Looking forward to quarterlies kicking off in April and I think the goldies will throw up some decent opps on the back of these record prices we saw for the majority of the qtr. The active portfolio took a beating in March but still managed to outperform the ASX200 to end the quarter +$4.3k despite a $20k drawdown at the March lows.

$KLR is by far the craziest intra day move I have ever seen on the ASX. Opened at 4.1c and topped out at 318c for an intraday move of 7756%. It's now halted and offered below 100c at the close. all this on total turnover of just 1.35% of the total shares on issue #ASXcasino

@DemoniacoASX Stigma around quality of Chinese manufactured cars. Not completely unfounded as MGs suffered from bad quality paint when they were first sold here.

1 year old MGs under 40,000km selling for $17k, whilst euro/jap/korean cars that are 5 years old and 120,000km+ going for $25k? Massive price gap in the car market.. Why?
