Confused. I scan my @coopuk membership card (and the receipt acknowledges this) but it doesn’t give me member discounts/savings…even highlighting that I could have saved money as a member 🙄.

Nothing but service issues with @SkyUK recently (and beyond!).

@coopuk can you help please? The self-scan, and manned tills, have stopped applying my members discounts. I replaced my card recently and it’s been since then. But it’s saw me loose over £5 in savings. Thank you in advance for any help.
