Today, I was given the chance to share and talk about my Filipino heritage, alongside our school’s principal.
Some of the Grade 2s also got to share information with the entire school.

Twenty years ago Senator Enverga was a parent in our school community @StCathCS_TCDSB

Honourable Tobias C. Enverga Jr. received the Philippine presidential Award “Lingkod sa Kapuwa Filipino.” He was the 1st Filipino Canadian to be Elected in the City of Toronto, 1st Ethnic minority to be elected as Trustee in TCDSB. 1st to be appointed in the Senate of Canada.
