#CycloneHAROLD has made landfall number 1 in #Vanuatu. It's possible it will make another landfall as it tracks eastwards. It remains a Category 5 South Pacific Cyclone (highest level). A very serious situation for #Vanuatu for the following 18 hours (until noon Tuesday).

Recently #Lebanon and #Kyrgyzstan have both ratified the #ParisAgreement on Climate Change. With their inclusion, there now remain only 8 countries to have signed but not yet ratified. The United States remains the only country planning to withdraw from the Agreement.
