SHOCKING FACT: Why didn’t the Romans just produce the body?
The easiest way for the Roman Empire and the Jewish Sanhedrin to crush Christianity in 33 AD was simple: produce the corpse of Jesus.
The tomb was sealed with a Roman stamp. It was guarded by an elite squad of soldiers. Yet, weeks later, the Apostles were preaching the Resurrection in the exact same city where Jesus was killed. The authorities used bribes, beatings, and executions to stop them but they never produced the body.
Because the tomb was empty.

In college, it’s not always the most talented players on the field. Talent and skill don’t guarantee you can perform under pressure. More often, it’s the mentally tough players who earn a starting spot.

Pregame matters!! How you prepare before a game is a huge evaluation time for coaches/scouts. You may not get a ball hit to you during the game! Work with intent, at game speed and under control. Spoke to a college coach today, told me he stopped recruiting a player because his pregame was lazy. It translates!! You’re always being evaluated!!

🚨NCAA eligibility update:
The NCAA just sent member schools a detailed chart outlining how the new 5-year, age-based eligibility model would work.
It’s looking very likely to take effect for the 2026-27 season.
Key deadline: Final waivers under the current rules must be submitted by July 31.

If I’m a high school hitter in the new “5 to play 5” eligibility era we’re about to enter in to in college baseball, this would be my path…
Find a JUCO where I can PLAY for two years and get hundreds of at bats…and all of my entry level course work done…then…
Transfer to a four year school, and still have THREE full seasons to play, and get my bachelors degree.
In the “5 to play 5” era, going somewhere that you won’t play really doesn’t make sense…unless it’s your dream school.
