@wilsonhlthcoach Had to talk a couple of my students off the ledge today about it. One is especially terrified. I explained what is probably happening (midterms coming up) and how it is unlikely this will turn into anything. Seemed to calm the student down.

Went for my annual doctors visit today and in one years time i have lost 80 pounds and i feel like a different person . Diet exercise and commitment and medication have helped

Daughter takes skyrizi. She was $0 copay. Today she was informed BCBS and CVS Caremark will no longer pay. So, her copay is now $6,545.38. What the actual bleep! Trump rx doesn't have it. This is a disaster.

@Architectolder A lot of the houses in Southern Mississippi built in the late 90's, early 2000's have these floors. I'm with you, ugh.

@WendiLouWho00 @wilsonhlthcoach @MissB53 I've been gallbladder free 31 yrs. I eat a lot of fat without problems. Now, I've also had stomach pain my entire life, so if it acts up, couldn't tell you if it's from too much butter! I think the biggest problem was the initial diarrhea lasted a lot longer than most ppl.

Am I hurting my health with carnivore high fat? I don't have a gall bladder. @wilsonhlthcoach @MissB53

Allergies CURED? Dr. Richard Urso started giving Vitamin D to every patient. They keep coming back stunned: nonstop runny nose gone. Couldn’t function, now they can. Protocol: ~1,000 IU per 32 lbs body weight daily. Low Vitamin D fueling irritation.

@olderpugilist I was talking about finishing the ones you pulled from the oven with a sear in the pan. I do miss a good grilled steak!

@olderpugilist Have you thought about heating up a pan, throwing in some butter, then searing them? Or, did they cook too much on the inside? No matter, they look good!

@olderpugilist She has so much going on, not quite ready to make dietary changes. I'm trying to lead by example.

@olderpugilist Trying to get my daughter to go keto, which would hopefully swing her toward carnivore. Her psoriatic arthritis is horrible, and skyrizi is not getting the job done...yet, anyway.

Very inflamed the past few days, to the time of a 4 lb weight gain. Also, craving cabbage...weird. So, today made kimchi soup w/ground beef. Very rare I eat veggies, but, this is damn delicious! Here's hoping it gets rid of the inflammation

@SBakerMD I was a failure to thrive baby, weighed 8 lbs at birth, 11 lbs on my first birthday. No one thought I'd make it to age 2. Back in 1970, the doctor put me on an all meat formula, it saved my life. Only wish my parents would have continued meat only!
