She doesn’t know it yet, but every sat I stack and every rep I grind is for her. I came from humble beginnings. We had the basics, not much money, and parents who did the best they could for my sister and me. I will always be grateful for their sacrifices. But my daughter will have more than just financial security. She will have a present father. A guide. A protector. Someone who loves her through every stage of life. I am building myself physically, mentally, and financially—not only for today, but for the future she will inherit. Stack sats. Build strength. Be present. She is the reason. She is the legacy. 🧡

@ForrestHODL Incredibly valuable! Having complete ownership without permission, access without gatekeepers, and the ability to preserve and transfer value without depending entirely on gangster banks and governments. It's a no brainer.

Today I heard two absurd statements from two separate people. 1️⃣ “Lifting weights is useless. It puts too much stress on your muscles and bones, damages your skin, and brisk walking is better.” This came from someone in his early 30s. I had to tell them respectfully, that this thought is just fear dressed up as wisdom. Strength training does not destroy the body when performed correctly. It builds muscle, strengthens bones, improves mobility, supports metabolism, and prepares you for the physical demands of ageing. Brisk walking is excellent. But walking and lifting serve different purposes. One improves cardiovascular health. The other helps ensure you remain strong enough to carry groceries, climb stairs, protect your joints, maintain independence, and avoid becoming physically fragile later in life. Your body does not deteriorate because you challenge it intelligently. It deteriorates when you stop giving it a reason to adapt. 2️⃣ “Bitcoin is a bubble. It has no tangible value because I cannot see or hold it. The price has been falling, so I would rather buy real estate.” I told them that they cannot physically hold the internet, software, intellectual property, or a bank balance either. Value does not require physical form. Bitcoin is globally transferable, highly divisible, portable, verifiable, scarce, and can be held without relying on a bank, tenant, property manager, or government registry. Real estate can be valuable, but it is not automatically superior. Property is illiquid. It requires maintenance. It attracts taxes, insurance, legal costs, and ongoing expenses. It cannot be moved. It can be damaged. It can be regulated. It can be seized. It usually requires significant debt and permission from financial institutions. Bitcoin can cross borders in minutes and be secured with information held in your mind. Real estate gives you exposure to one physical location. Bitcoin gives you ownership of a scarce global asset that operates 24/7. Price going down does not automatically mean the asset is broken. Sometimes it simply reveals who understands volatility and who only understands comfort. Two conversations. Two reminders. People often reject strength because effort feels uncomfortable. And they reject Bitcoin because sovereignty feels unfamiliar. Build muscle. Study Bitcoin. Question inherited assumptions. Stack sats. Build strength. Own your life.

I did a thing last night and recorded the first episode of The Christian Bitcoin Podcast. A show aimed at looking at bitcoin through a Christian lens and using God, the Bible and Jesus as our foundation. At the end of the day you can have all of the Bitcoin, but it’s worthless if you don’t have Jesus.

@HodlFlorida Congratulations, brother! You’re about to begin a journey that will likely surpass every joy you’ve ever known. Becoming a father is one of life’s greatest gifts, but being a girl dad is an entire universe of blessings. ❤️

Life update: For those of you who don’t know, my wife and I have been trying to get pregnant for 5+ years. It started out with hope and excitement. We tried the old fashioned way of banging it out often lol But after 2 years of tracking cycles and the moon and whatever else you can track and no luck, we turned to help. Long story short, we had 3 failed IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) cycles. I’ll let you look up what that is. 2 failed IVF (In vitro fertilization) cycles with 2 separate embryo transfers. Defeated, we took a break from fertility treatments and needed to step back from it all. Then, by Gods grace! We got pregnant naturally earlier this year but had a miscarriage in February. This was also devastating, especially to my wife, but the silver lining was that we could get pregnant naturally!! This gave us hope. Well, in April, God blessed us with another natural pregnancy!! We are 12 weeks along and expecting a little girl in January of 2027!!! We made a little video to share with you and thank you to everyone for the support and prayers!! 🙏🏼 Enjoy!! (Sound on)

Life is a journey. So is your journey on X. Most of us started this path together because we shared a common belief. Along the way, we’ll disagree. Sometimes those disagreements become bigger than the bond that brought us together in the first place. That’s okay. Every disagreement is a filter. It strengthens the connections with people who can respect different perspectives, and it reveals those who only wanted agreement. I’m grateful for the people who are still here not because they always agree with me, but because they value open discussion more than blind loyalty. To those who chose a different path, I genuinely wish you well. As for me, I’ll continue speaking my mind, even when it’s Unpopular. At the end of the day, we’re all responsible for our own journey. Some people are only meant to walk with you for part of it. And that’s perfectly okay. Stay True to yourself. Always

Feeling 😷, but the work still gets done. Those 5 AM sessions hit differently when your body wants an excuse but discipline does not negotiate. We still grind. We still show up. We still stack the wins. And sorry if I flashed you 😄

The wager carries forward into this month. ⚔️ Last month, my wife beat me by a considerable margin in our “who can stack more sats” challenge. Happy to take that loss—because when she wins, the family wins. But this month, I’m putting my big-boy pants on and returning to the battlefield for Round 2. 😂 Honestly, I’m loving the game we’ve created. A little healthy competition, plenty of motivation, and both of us working toward the same long-term goal. Same household. Same mission. More sats. Let the stacking begin. 🧡 @theAmberApp

I’m naturally competitive… but this month, I’m losing a wager to my wife. We both stack sats, so we decided to see who could accumulate more this month. Deep down, I was convinced it would be me—especially since she only works part-time now. Yesterday, we compared our monthly DCAs. She absolutely crushed me. The margin wasn’t even close. 😂 There are still 20 days left, but honestly? This might be the happiest I’ve ever been to lose. A few years ago, one of my proudest moments was orange-pilling my wife. Since then, she has quietly and relentlessly continued stacking. I may be losing the wager… But our family is winning. Three people. One household. One long-term vision. @theAmberApp Helping us along this journey seamlessly. The best App ever! Am I weird for being this proud to lose? 🧡₿

@StackNStrength I would have told them they have 5-10x more btc than needed to escape fiat in 25 years. With 2 bitcoin they'd probably be able to escape in 4-6 years depending on lifestyle.

A gym mate asked me an interesting question today. He and his wife each own 1 BTC. No kids yet, but they plan to have at least two in the future. Their goal is simple: hold those 2 BTC for the next 25 years. Then he asked: "Do you think 2 BTC will be enough to escape the fiat system?" My answer was probably not what he expected. I told him it depends. • What will your annual expenses be? • Where will you live? • What will the cost of living look like? • What lifestyle are you aiming for? I can't give price predictions, and anyone who claims to know where Bitcoin will be in 25 years is guessing. What I do know is that he continues to DCA today, while keeping some liquidity for life's rainy days and unexpected expenses. So now I'm curious... If a young couple held 2 BTC for the next 25 years, would that be enough to permanently opt out of the fiat treadmill? What's your number?

@StackNStrength Like you said it depends on the cost of living Certain countries have cheaper cost of living so maybe even 1 btc should be enough and certain countries maybe even 2 btc is not enough

@StackNStrength 25 years from now it will be worth a LOT! It depends where and how they would live and also if by that time there are good (and safe) ways to borrow against your btc and never have to sell them.

@StackNStrength If it's not, then bitcoin is useless. All you have to picture in your head is 21 million BTC is all they will ever print. And now think of what has already been hodled and how many people there are on all the Earth.
