heres what happened I guarantee there is a second ASIN of the exact same product. Upon check in they assigned it to another ASIN not in the shipment they will say you shipped the wrong asin and they lost it and it cannot be recovered. you need to find the second listing and prove it to them as its amazons policy to enforce 1 listing per product.

Any recommendations for resolving this? We send 34 and 6 units, amazon says they receive 0 and 1 unit We submit a proof of ownership claim to dispute this and hopefully get reimbursed Amazon declines and says the shipment contents are counted and confirmed ??? Denied by CS when requesting it again. $1k cogs

@Pierre_Precieux @itsolelehmann idk if its making money but it salvaged a ton of gift cards i use for arbitrage which paid for itself 100x over. Now the process to track them is fully automated and will prevent the problem in the future.
