@Tasha1644 I told a lady that since she said broke guys should not be in a relationship, a guy with money should also not date or marry a non-virgin... She stopped talking to me.

Following the unbelievable impact of that simple tweet on unlocking carrier-locked phones, which saved thousands in Nigeria and Ghana, I’m tempted to throw out a challenge: Everyone drop one life hack that could genuinely help others. What’s that one hack you know? Kindly share.

@Letter_to_Jack Buy your fuel in the morning (or at night) instead of afternoon. Why it works: Fuel expands in heat. In the hot afternoon, you get less actual petrol for the same money because it’s less dense. Mornings/nights = cooler, denser fuel = more value per naira.

@Letter_to_Jack Always go a few meters beyond your usual bus stop or motor park, there’s almost always a cheaper fare ahead. If they’re all shouting ₦1000 here, some buses further down will carry you for ₦600. This happens a lot in Lagos, Ogun State and many other places.

I commend the @ndlea_nigeria and its operatives for the successful dismantling of a major drug syndicate and a multi-million dollar narcotics production network operating within our country. The seizure of illicit drugs and chemicals valued at over $360 million, alongside the arrest of key foreign and local collaborators, sends a clear message that Nigeria will not yield its future to criminal networks and narco traffickers. West Africa is increasingly becoming a major corridor in the global narcotics trade, and this poses a direct threat not just to our security, but to the future of our young people. We must confront this danger with courage, coordination, and consistency. I urge Nigerians to support our law enforcement agencies by remaining vigilant and reporting suspicious activities within their communities. I commend the NDLEA for its professionalism, bravery, and resilience. The fight against illicit drugs is a fight for the soul, safety, and future of our nation. Bola Ahmed Tinubu President

Just blocked 72 women in one sweep 🔥 All of them were busy defending and supporting the newly married woman who said: “I’ll meet Chike” and “If my husband cheats, I’ll cheat back.” Some even tried to bully me for calling it out. I blocked every single one of them without hesitation. If you’re a married woman proudly advertising revenge cheating and defending home wreckers just months after your wedding… this page is not for you. I have zero space for low standards and dangerous mindsets. To anyone still supporting her actions: Drop your handle right now 👇 Let me block you too and save us both the stress. No time for nonsense. Standards over sympathy. ✌🏼

I’ll share two. WF Kumuyi was in Warri for the first time as we had just acquired the Ubeji Camp Ground. I was keen to see these miracles people had always spoken about. There were several paralysed people in the tent I was, very close to me, like see my bench and see theirs. They walked. Even twisted legs straightened out. I ran from one side of the tent of meeting to another to look at what was happening from the various uproars in different corners. It was 5 days after the retreat had ended that I realised I also received healing for a painful bilateral knee pain that prevented me from bending or sitting on the floor. It’s been 32 years now since both my knees were healed. Second was when Ps Chris Oyakhilome had the Night of Bliss Benin-City. I attended this programme which was almost desecrated by unbridled, heavy, thunderous rainfall. But as Jesus is real, I tell you for free that a miracle happened before my very eyes. There was a young man who had come with his sick dad. When the rains came down heavily and everyone scampered to the coverings in Garrick Memorial School classroom areas, the boy wept like mad. I could see the deep emotion. “Papa, na dis rain wan deny us dis miracle? I don tire to dey carry you go toilet, go baffroom, go places. Today na today. You must heal. We no go commot for this rain.” In the rain, this frail, old man got up and began to use his legs. His son swam in the muddy water in praise to God. Maybe I should add a 3rd. I was in The Christ Restoration Deliverance Ministry convention in Asaba and during one of the nights, heavy rains came pouring down. We exhausted all the nylon covers on our electrical equipments and danced in the rain, praising the Lord. The landlord of the hall we were renting for church service in Asaba had suffered polio as a child and had one thin leg. We had all retired to our hostels when a call came through that we should all gather in the church that night again. Exhausted and fagged out, we dressed up and went to the church. I saw this elderly man in tears. “Pastor Dickson, see my leg. See my thin leg when I get since I be small pikin. E don fat reach my other leg.” JESUS CAN DO ALL THINGS. Believe it or not, no man can make me doubt Him.

Desmond, I watched your video. White DOE shirt, Surulere street, four minutes of complaints about intimidation, coercion, arm-twisting, and people being fired for supporting you. My brother, where were you for twelve years. You did not release one street video when the system was delivering you victories you did not build. You said nothing when delegates were being managed on your behalf. You made no statement about free and fair elections when Gbajabiamila was personally on his knees begging Surulere people to accept you. You filmed no emergency appeal when the local government structure was working in your favour. The system was not fair then either Desmond. You were just on the winning side of its unfairness and it felt like merit. Now the same machine that manufactured your relevance for 12 years is manufacturing someone else’s victory and suddenly you have discovered democracy and you believe in justice and fair play with the people deserving to choose freely. After four minutes of crying about intimidation, begging party chieftains to investigate, and appealing to lovers of Desmond Olushola Elliott, you remembered to tell people to vote for Tinubu on the 23rd. The system is chewing you alive and you are still campaigning for the people running it. Desmond you are not a victim of this system, you are a product of it, and products do not get to complain when the factory upgrades to a newer model. Go back to Nollywood. At least there, the script is written before filming begins.
Desmond Elliot@DesmondOElliot

Warm greetings to all Surulerians and everyone at large. First off i want to say a very big thank you to our party leadership and most especially to our President, His Excellency President @officialABAT for allowing all candidates to test their popularity in their respective constituencies. However events that have transpired over the past few weeks within our great party in Surulere should not be! #DOE #Watimagbo #Bibire #Desmondelliot

@jassjegs Lol Look for something they see as abnomable such as pigs blood or what not, put into their mouth left them know what you are giving them before granting them a slow death. Or anything their religion believes will stop them from making heaven, then pass the message around.

Nothing is going to happen to Chike music career. People are still going to book him to sing on their wedding day. Any man that does not want his wife to book Chike cos of sth that happened years ago is insecure and does not trust his wife 🙄

I read the comment and I'm impressed. To every hand that has stretched forth to bless others on this app, May the Lord continue to bless you all, I pray for you all in the name that is above every other name, The Name of Jesus Christ, that you'll never beg, you'll never experience any form of lack in the name of Jesus Christ. As you made it a point of life to wipe away tears, all your secret tears shall be wiped away. It shall continue to be well with you all. Amen.
