Rubio says that US-led peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine "were not fruitful." Not fruitful?
Let’s look at the facts: your negotiators visited Russia seven times, and Ukraine zero times. You demanded concessions from Ukraine before negotiations even began, and throughout the entire process.
You pressured Ukraine by cutting off weapons support entirely, constantly badmouthing us, and showing up at our doorstep waving Russian "peace plan" you demanded we sign immediately.
And now, after Ukraine stands more firmly on its feet without your support, you realize you can't pressure us anymore. So your excuse is that you are tired and leaving?
How about, for once, you actually support the victim, which is Ukraine instead of terrorist Russian regime? Send your team to Kyiv, support our fight, and apply real pressure on aggressor.
Sanction Russia and seize their shadow fleet instead of handing out sanction waivers. Do that, and maybe negotiations will magically become "fruitful."

COMMENTARY: Let’s say it plainly: There has never been a president as corrupt as Donald Trump.
There is no close second in our history.

This New York Times piece is worth your time. Here’s what is happening, as simply as I can put it.
Back in January, Trump sued the IRS, an agency he controls, demanding $10 billion over the leak of his tax returns a number of years ago.
IRS lawyers did their jobs. They wrote a memo laying out the defenses that could beat the suit, including the fact that Trump filed too late. His own lawyer was in court when the leaker pleaded guilty in October 2023, more than two years before Trump sued.
The Justice Department never showed up to court. Never argued back. Never used the defenses sitting on their desk.
The judge got suspicious and ordered both sides to explain whether they were actually opposing each other or just colluding. The day before that brief was due, Trump dropped the suit.
Same day, his Justice Department announced a $1.776 billion taxpayer-funded “anti-weaponization fund.”
Trump gets a formal apology. The IRS agrees to drop any audits of him and his family, even though a 2024 Times report found a loss in an ongoing audit could cost him over $100 million.
The acting Attorney General, Trump’s former criminal defense attorney, picks the five commissioners who decide who gets paid. Trump can fire any of them. Proud Boys and Oath Keepers are not ruled out.
This is the most corrupt thing I’ve ever seen from an American president.
Where in the hell are my Republican colleagues?

BOMBSHELL CONFIRMED: The Supreme Court corruption scandal that was lingering from a year ago? We can now call it CONFIRMED today.
Chief Justice John Roberts' wife pocketed $10.3 million recruiting for law firms with cases before his court. He illegally labeled it "salary" instead of commission on disclosure forms.
Justice Clarence Thomas took $500,000+ luxury yacht trips, $133,000 real estate deals, and decades of private jet vacations from billionaire Harlan Crow—all hidden from the public.
Justice Neil Gorsuch sold a $1.8 million property to the CEO of Greenberg Traurig—a law firm with 22 cases before the Court—just nine days after his confirmation. He left the buyer's name BLANK on his disclosure forms.
Republicans: "The Supreme Court is impartial!"
The Supreme Court: a billionaire-funded cash register.
Three justices. Three scandals. Tens of millions in hidden money and favors.
This isn't a court. It's a corruption convention with robes.
Tell me again why we should trust these people with our rights?

This is the MOST corrupt Administration in American history:
—Insider trading
—Selling pardons
—Crypto and real estate deals
—Arms deals
—BILLIONS in tax breaks for billionaires on the backs of the American people
And NOW the IRS giving Trump and convicted rioters BILLIONS in taxpayer dollars. This is outrageous!

Buttigieg on Sean Duffy: "I love roadtrips. I love America. I actually took a taxpayer-funded roadtrip lasted about 7 months. It was in Afghanistan. This is something very different. To make roadtrips unaffordable and then go around celebrating your own roadtrip is actually what people are so frustrated about."

Our long-range sanctions this week. Most of the operations are still ongoing, so the video captures only a portion of our results. Be-200 amphibious aircraft, a Ka-27 helicopter, a cargo vessel carrying ammunition, a Pantsir-S1 surface‑to‑air missile and gun system, a Tor surface-to-air missile system, a Redut-2US communications unit, drones, and many other targets have been hit. Our long-range sanctions also struck Russian oil industry facilities and ships. Distances traversed: nearly 1,000 kilometers from the line of contact.
These are our entirely justified responses to what the Russians are doing. We will continue to increase both the range and scale of these sanctions. I thank everyone working to build up our strength. I thank the warriors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, and our intelligence agencies for their precision.

A $1 billion for a Ballroom, $10 billion for vanity projects in DC, $15 million for an arch in front of Arlington Cemetery veterans oppose.
Meanwhile—they are proposing to cut over $1 billion in tribal programs, eviscerating tribal housing, education, water and other basic programs, while opening sacred sites like Chaco Canyon. How can they defend this?
They can’t. Because, it’s indefensible.

Thomas Massie: The Epstein scandal is “deeper and darker” than anyone imagined.
“It’s bigger than Watergate.”
“It’s bigger than Iran-Contra.”
“It’s not about Joe Biden or Donald Trump.”
“There are degrees of evil here that we’ve never seen at this scale … ”
“Our government was compromised by wealthy, connected billionaires, and by Jeffrey Epstein himself.”
“At the age of 14, these girls that were being sexually abused by Jeffrey Epstein were told if they could go find another girl to take their place, then they wouldn’t have to be sexually abused.”
“And some of them took that deal.”
“It’s one thing to be evil to a child.”
“It’s another thing to get a child to do evil.”
“The light sentence that was given to Jeffrey Epstein in 2008 that allowed him to victimize hundreds of more women, we want to know, why was he given that light sentence?”
