@Deke3516 @Liz_Wheeler your right. We shouldn't be making accusations. The TPUSA people should trust the process and nottry to tip the scales. The plausibility of a 30-06 is dubious at best. You can get an "expert" to say anything.

When and how was the rifle sighted? Where was the shooter aiming? What about reloads? My point is, we don’t know enough to make conclusions so we shouldn’t be making accusations. Asking questions is fine. Blaming individuals or entire countries based on a partial picture is wrong.

So help me understand. If Tyler Robinson wasn’t the lone shooter, what’s the theory? That Robinson DID shoot Charlie but was a puppet of the French Legionaries or Israel? Or that Tyler Robinson wasn’t even on campus and the evidence against him is totally fabricated by the Feds? I’m asking these questions in good faith. I agree with Kolvet who said yesterday, if there’s evidence of a “foreign nexus” or even a U.S. govt nexus, why wouldn’t I be open to that? It wouldn’t be bigotry against the French if there was hard evidence that the French were involved. It wouldn’t be antisemitic if there was hard evidence that Israel was involved. It wouldn’t be anti-American if there was hard evidence that the CIA or the U.S. military was involved. That’s a 30-06 hitting near flush and not contacting anything hard until an inch before it would exit. I feel compelled to share some insight on the shot/bullet that killed Charlie Kirk. I hate to wade into this conversation, but some sanity is necessary - seeing all the insane BS that’s out there. I’m a lifelong hunter and have shot at least 75+ deer with a 30-06, and countless more with other rounds, as well as bow and arrow. I guided hunting trips full-time for a decade. I have personally seen literally hundreds if not thousands of “kill shots” with high powered rifles. And in this line of work, I studied ballistics, bullet performance, etc. I guarantee I have more first-hand knowledge than pretty much every single “influencer” out there who is presenting themselves now as an expert in this. Two key points: - First, bullets do inexplicable things. Yes, they always obey the laws of physics (no “magic”) but there are just so many variables that an outcome in a dynamic situation is simply not predictable within the range of possibilities. - Second, yes it is quite possible that a 30-06 round (with a soft-point, lead-filled bullet, designed for expansion, as is the case here) would NOT make an exit wound. AND it is possible without a significant amount of external blood loss. I once shot a deer in the head at about 100 yards with a 30-06, and there was no exit. The skin on a deer’s head is thin compared to a human neck, and the cumulative bone-mass on the bullet’s trajectory much less than a human spine. I was baffled about this (must be magic!) until I figured it out. What happened is that (a slow-mo video would have revealed) the head instantly inflated like a balloon, and the insides turned to mush. That’s how it absorbed the bullet’s energy. It looked normal on the outside when I went to retrieve it, but on inspection it was obvious. And there was minimal blood loss (b’c the only hole was 3/10’s of an inch - ie, 30 caliber, as in 30-06 - and the skin closed around it as it sprang back after the shot). In the sickening video of Charlie’s assassination, there is a freeze-frame where his neck did the same thing — blew up (momentarily) like a balloon before springing back. That’s where the energy went. Not rocket science. Combined with a healthy spine (higher on the bone density scale, we are told), the thickness of skin and density of muscles in a human neck, the story we are being told is 100% plausible. I’m not saying I know what happened. Only that the folks saying this is not possible have no idea what they’re talking about, and by spewing this ignorant crap, they are only making things worse. If you are prone to be influenced by such ignorant conspiratorial information, please understand the context: fact is, “influencers” make their money by peddling their influence. Unethical ones do so to the highest bidder. Others have hidden agendas/biases that taint their content. Some are just batshit crazy. Some sow division on purpose, and fling out all kinds of crazy crap, just to stir the pot - to get clicks. Psyops from myriad powers shape our social media. Generating deepfake videos is easy as logging into Grok. It’s not rocket science to gin up a “following” and appear “credible” and “sincere.” The point is, you should not wholesale believe or even give a smidge of credibility to ANYONE you don’t personally know. And even then you have to be careful. The devil knows the more he tries to oppress revival from the outside, the more it breaks out. So the way to defeat it is to divide and conquer, through lies and deception that appear as truth. “The devil comes masquerading as an angel of light.” Be smarter.

I'm not talking about the tire on your moped. Go found me the 30-06 round you think is least likely to exit. I don't care what grain or bullet type. They ALL blast right thru. The only difference is how big of a mess it would make on the backdrop. It didn't even knock him backwards. We saw a low velocity pistol round or something else entirely.

Honestly, call me a sexist if you want but I'm way more forgiving of a woman that doesn't know the significance of the 30-06 in the official story or says things about it being an old gun or old ammo. Old ammo wouldn't be accurate. In a box of degraded ammo, most will shoot perfect, some will shoot poorly and some not at all. You could never sight the rifle with bad ammo. Men should have at least a cursory understanding of firearms. Enough to know a 30-06 doesn't hit a human neck at that angle and fail to exit regardless what rounds it's shot from. At a mile, that round is still traveling faster than most pistol rounds, and those would typically exit. At +2500fps, a BB probably exits every time.

Is the only basis for it not being a 30-O6 the lack of an exit wound? Because it came out in court filings that bullet fragments were recovered from Charlie’s body. Which would explain the lack of an exit wound. It was said to be his grandfathers gun so I always wondered about the age/condition of the ammo as an explanation.

Doesn’t have to be a magic bullet, moron. There are decades and decades of military and forensic files on the .30-06 in combat and murder. It absolutely does not “ALWAYS” exit the body. Anyone that believes they can predict the path of a bullet IN A LIVE TARGET (not dead pig parts) is lying to themselves and you. People who hunt have seen many cases of .30-06 not leaving an exit wound and yes in necks of deer and other animals smaller than Charlie. I have other posts on this and I’m tired of having to say it.
