The fact that the gvrnment have implemented a £10,000 fine to anyone caught playing music or encouraging a crowd in Notting Hill this weekend, but encouraged street gatherings for VE DAY during the height of the pandemic says EVERYTHING about the treatment of black ppl in the UK.
