Reason for building Arcagent on @arc
this is what I replaced with a smart contract
buyer pays → bank holds it → processor takes a cut → seller waits 3-5 days
now with ArcAgent
buyer pays → locked in contract → agent confirms → seller gets paid instantly
same result.
