In his own words, “MND isn’t incurable, it’s just under funded”. In one of his blogs, Sam said: “I will live the most significant life I can muster”…well Sammy - you absolutely smashed it.

We are sad to announce the passing of our founder and MND warrior Sam Perkins. Sam fought not only his personal battle against MND but through his incredible strength and enormous tenacity, he also became a fundraiser and ambassador for research to find a cure.
