It is with deep sadness that we share the recent news of the sudden passing of Chris Eccles, our much-loved peripatetic Music teacher. Chris’ warmth, humour, and musical talent inspired countless students and staff. He will be remembered for his kindness, joy, and creativity.

An official opening of expansion building work to create an additional dining room space at @StangroundAcad was officially unveiled today. It was attended by Councillor Katy Cole, cabinet member for children's services at Peterborough City Council and Greenwood Academy Trust staff. The expansion will help the school cater for rising pupil numbers and was completed last month, in time for the start of the new academic year.
