any idea of seeing a cluster in a single cell has a vast reduction of RPS and RPL ribosomal genes?

@tangming2005 Likely, maybe you can interpret that in the context of the cell type. I also heard people say ribosomal genes may just reflect the quality of the cells. But I think it may still carry some biology information.

personal story: 1/ I had my first first-author paper in 2012, and next in 2013. Both are wet-lab experiments based. Took me another 7 years to have a first-author paper in 2020 with computational biology focus.
