@tangming2005 Interesting. The cluster I was talking about was activated microglia.

@StanleyHYang it is a monocyte cluster. We think it is over-activated and maybe the cells are dying..

@tangming2005 Likely, maybe you can interpret that in the context of the cell type. I also heard people say ribosomal genes may just reflect the quality of the cells. But I think it may still carry some biology information.
