@53gaDr3amca5t Personally, I think a big reason is that MGS just isn't as focused on stealth as both Thief and SC are.

@53gaDr3amca5t Perhaps but since all three games are far more accessible now, (with Thief as somewhat as an exception because of needing patches) you'd expect them to explore a little.

obviously this is too far because MGS games are very well designed on their own right but it is a bit odd how MGS fans rarely ever engage with any other game in the stealth genre while you usually have Thief and Splinter Cell fans who also like MGS
