@softballfangirl @monicaabbott Not one player on that team is “resentful AF”. They are playing for a National Championship and without her (no way she goes there without NIL) the rest of the team would of been done 2-3 weeks ago. No resentment going on at Tech!!

@monicaabbott But I have to question paying over $1.5 million dollars for one player. If I had to play behind that person, doing the same amount of work, I’d be resentful AF. I don’t like this influence on sports, but I guess that’s just the nature of NIL. 🤷‍♀️

To Texas Tech fans No matter how the World Series ends Nija has done amazing things for the Texas Tech Softball program and is reminiscent of my days at TN It’s incredible the amount of support the Athletic Department put into her & Galsco to turn a program around.

A great Staff Achievement. It was a blast coaching this team. They all worked so hard on their hitting this year and it really paid off!!

Huge Congrats to @UMD_Softball Nicole Schmitt breaking Jess Bren’s single season HR record with her 17th HR of the year today and also on the same swing breaking Becky Smith’s single season 136 Total Bases record as that HR gives her 138 on the year.

I missed this last weekend because Kendal Jenkins had too many hits last weekend :) Congrats on your 100th Career @UMD_Softball hit Kendal. Keep that hot bat going!!
