@bluehost I've been a loyal customer for 4 years (for a non-profit website). This last year, Bluehost service has been a nightmare. My renewal is coming up, and it's impossible to get reasonable and timely answers to my questions. Is this a final goodbye?

@bluehost I should mention, I really don't feel the pressure of the renewal clock. At this point, it would feel like a relief to be done with Bluehost, even though it would be a shame, considering how much the website has offered hope and help to people. I'm in the process of sending a DM.
