@Starfrit_ @ItIsMikeFitz Giggle. I can't help it. To me, it is ugly as hell. But I can't get rid of it. Worse, I'll buy another one, just in case the unpredictable happens because it is, by far, the very best thing I have ever bought, except for the microwave I am using it in. This is bachelor cuisine!

I just finished a bowl with 250 g of this↓ We are taught to peel onions and discard the skins, but I have learned that they are the most orally satisfying part because they are very chewy and slow down intake. In addition, this means that the only waste is the bag they came in.

@ItIsMikeFitz Indeed. Nothing has changed, except for the container. I used nicer-looking ones, but this one, a ridiculously cheap Starfrit is, however ugly, the most rational one by far.

@HailKira @Matt_Pinner Be aware that certain soap (phosphates) can discolored the pans but won't affect it's performance.

@Matt_Pinner They are great for certain things. They can rust though, so be careful of that. No dishwasher. I personally use those new rock cookware cause I can toss em in the dishwasher.

Does anyone still use a cast-iron skillet these days? I’m trying to prove to my wife that they’re not just a thing of the past—she thinks they’re completely outdated.

@peqs From what I heard, yes. But I have a cheap Starfrit that is total butt.

I have the worst salad spinner in the history of the invention. Thankfully it's $20 so it's going to be replaced. But the burning question, is what's a good one to grab?

@Starfrit_ It’s true. I have had several pans and yours are the best. I don’t ever put them in the dishwasher though so can’t comment on that. I have had other high end pans that are £££ and they don’t work as well as yours.
