Making everything ready.

I love starknet 2 I first discovered Starknet in early 2023. Back then, I had a full-time job and was passionate about crypto as a side hustle, so I was actively hunting for airdrops. In Korea, the “Big 3” airdrop projects were zkSync, Starknet, and LayerZero. Naturally, I participated in all three. I worked hard on Starknet and eventually received 1,150 tokens as an airdrop. When it hit $3–$4 on Binance listing day, I was tempted to sell. But I believed in Starknet. I held on, even through the DeFi Spring, but when the price dropped below $1, I couldn’t hold any longer and sold everything. After that, I didn’t even look at Starknet. In Korea, many people jokingly call it “Am-tarknet” (a mix of Starknet and “Am” meaning “cancer”). Maybe it’s different in other countries, but let’s be real—coins that don’t make money and only go down in price are bound to face criticism. I understand that. I also know that Starknet supporters tweet things like, “Starknet is amazing! It’s fast! It’s the future!” partly because they believe in its potential, but let’s be honest part of it is because they want the price to go up. And that’s okay. We all feel that way sometimes. When staking was announced, my interest in Starknet reignited. I bought back in, only to watch the price continue to fall—almost cut in half. To be honest, in Korea, Starknet gets so much criticism that I was curious about how other users around the world felt. I wanted to understand its future prospects, and I thought @_kaitoai could be a great way to reconnect, so I came back to Twitter. Here’s what I’ve realized: Starknet’s community is stronger than I expected! Sure, maybe it’s because I’ve been surrounded by pro-Starknet opinions lately, but I’ve seen a lot of people who genuinely care about the ecosystem, and that’s enough for me. From a regular user’s perspective, I can’t offer much on the technical side of Starknet. But I do know one thing for sure about how to attract more attention: price matters. Many people are hoping for an “Airdrop Season 2,” and honestly, it’s not a bad idea. Maybe something like OP’s multiple seasons could work. But is that really the best approach? I’m not sure. In my next thread, I’ll share my thoughts on how we can truly revive Starknet’s price. I believe Starknet’s technology is second to none, but let’s face it—technology alone doesn’t guarantee success.
